Long weekend! Had lox and bagels for our Sunday brunch today.

We used some salmon that we bought at Shaw's yesterday. We also went through our pack of pagels surprisingly fast... but we still got the English muffins as backup. Tonight the Niners are on ESPN HD... sweet.
