Had Japanese again for dinner last night, this time at Sakae in downtown. sashimi: chu-toro, sea bass, and sockeye salmon
sushi: amaebi, scallop, uni, and anago The toro was really good. Sea bass was good too - I don't eat it much but I like the chewy texture. Sockeye salmon is a local Pacific wild salmon... really bright orange, nice flavor. Can never get enough Japanese.
