I've always wanted to order the banh hoi but never have for some reason. What they do is they give you the plate of stuff above, and some rice paper wrap things on the side (which I don't have a pic of). You dip the rice paper in warm water and they become soft. It's just like the wrapper you get on the fresh rolls. Then you just roll stuff up yourself. It's delicious.
